| Ella, I can't count the number of times Bud
hunted me down after Sunday service to ask me when I was going to get back in
the classroom. He was such an encouragement to me and a big part of the reason
I got back into teaching. I'll miss his encouragement, his smile and his
conversation about his beloved Sooners. It was such a privilege to have known
him over the years. Thank you for sharing him with me. He was one of a kind. |

| Dear friends, Please accept my deepest
sympathy for the loss of this dear man. We know he faught the good fight, kept

| It has been some years since I worked in OU's
telecom dept. with Bud and son Daryl but I will never forget how much he loved
his Sooners. Bud always had a smile on his face and was a pleasure to be
around. He will be missed but not forgotten. |

| I worked with Bud in connection with OU Sports
Information duties, especially the football stadium press box on home game
Saturdays. He was the best! A nicer, more courteous person didn't exist. His
bright smile and steady demeanor could calm the most frustrating situations.
Reliable, kind, cheerful -- that was Bud! I pray God's blessings on his family. |

| Ella and Family,
Buddy was one of the nicest neighbors we could have ever asked for. From the day
we closed on our house he was the friendliest, most considerate man, always
waving and hollering a greeting to us from across the street. We will miss
seeing him walk his dog the most. We are here for you Ella, if you need anything
at all. |
