I have so many sweet and precious memories of Gordon. Mom went to school with
him and when my dad met him, became fast friends. Our families took some trips
together, spent many good times together. We were at Judy and Gordon's when
they lived on Keith Street and watched the first man walk on the moon. (upside
down) My dad would tape all his country western music on long reel to reels and
Gordon would sing with it while dad would tape him. We still today say many of
the funny sayings Gordon always had that were so hilarious. We always attended
the town parades just so we could see Gordon on his motorcycle. I have always
loved Gordon like my own dad. I hope he is at the happy reunion in heaven with
all who loved him and went before him. I will always love and remember him. A
super special person God blessed us all with.
May God comfort and bless those left behind who loved him.
I love you all.

Judith,
I, unfortunately, did not know Gordon until he became a patient at Arbor House.
My mother-in-law, Rue Hester, was there at the same time. As you know, we
recently lost Rue also. I just want to say I am sorry, but can't help but think
that heaven's musical productions have improved. Rue with her piano playing and
Gordon with his singing, acting and dancing abilities. My sympathies and love
to your family. Jane Hester
