I knew Lurland in Sunday School class at Norman First Baptist Church around 1990
to 2000. She always had a smile and lifted my spirits when she entered the room.
I might have taken an art class with her at the Firehouse, too. Lurland was a
very dear lady. It seems like the best and brightest get Alzheimer's so I am
sending a donation to OMRF in her memory (pun intended.)
