Joe was one of my closest friends during High School and College. We spent many hours together in Scouting, Camping Trips, Band and just hanging out. While in the Army he got a furlough to attend Kathryn and my wedding. Later while living in New Mexico he and Lorene were visiting us when our youngest daughter was born. The Blair Family were second family and always have fond memories of our relationship. RIP
