Kenneth Dale Krehbiel, 85, passed away peacefully in his sleep on the morning of February 17, 2017, at his home in Norman, OK. He was preceded in death by his parents Dan and Ella Krehbiel, wife Lucile, son Kevin and brother Dean. He is survived by his daughter Teresa Krehbiel Madden of Fort Smith, Arkansas, Jan Monson and husband Doug of Mustang, Oklahoma, Daughter-in-law Barbara Krehbiel Thompson of Frisco, Texas, one sister June Hilton of Olathe, Kansas and three grandchildren, Erika, Mariah and Luke.
He served in the USAF and continued his career as an Aircraft Technician at Perrin AFB in Sherman, Texas then on to Tinker AFB in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. He was a member of the First Christian Church in Norman.
He was a loving husband, father, and friend. He was an avid lover of classic cars, fishing, Kansas City Chiefs, OU football and dogs.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the American Cancer Society or the Cleveland County Humane Society.
A graveside service will be held at 11:00 am Thursday, March 2, 2017 at Halstead Cemetery in Halstead, Kansas.
