Wanda Jo Roepke

Wanda Jo Roepke, age 75, of Norman, passed away Wednesday, October 16, 2019.  She was born November 13, 1943, in Purcell, Oklahoma, to the late Otis and Alpha Webb.  She met Glenn W. Roepke in Oklahoma City in 1967, and the two were married on May 17, 1969.  They were residents of the Oklahoma City area since 1972 and moved to Norman in 2013.  She was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Norman.

Wanda was an avid reader.  She also loved cooking and hosting family gatherings at her home.  A loving wife, mother, sister and grandmother, she will be deeply missed.

She is survived by her husband of 50 years, Glenn W. Roepke; daughter and her husband, Melanie and Brian Clagg; son, Clay Roepke; sister, Lena Faye Williams; three brothers, Wilburn Webb, Charlie Webb and Dale Webb; and five grandchildren, Addisyn, Kaleigh, Mackenzie, Megan and Ashley.  In addition to her parents, Wanda was preceded in death by two brothers, Jim Webb and George Webb.

Visitation will be held from 6:00-8:00 p.m. on Monday, October 21, 2019, at Havenbrook Funeral Home in Norman.  Funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, October 22, 2019, at Trinity Lutheran Church in Norman, with Pastor David Nehrenz officiating.
