Bruce Eugene Sloan

Bruce Eugene Sloan, age 59 of Noble, Oklahoma passed away and entered heaven on Thursday, December 31, 2020.  He was born to the late Eugene Ray “Gene” and “Donna” Jane Ady Sloan on June 13, 1961 in Wichita Falls, TX.

He lived in the Wichita Falls and Burkburnett, TX area, moving with his family to Chickasha, Oklahoma living in Ninnekah, and Tulsa, but grew up most of his life in Norman, Oklahoma with his parents and siblings.  Bruce attended Norman Public Schools and graduated from Norman High School with the Class of 1979.  Go Tigers...

Bruce married Deanna J. Haynes on September 17, 1983; a son named Lucas Tyler Sloan was born on February 07, 1990.  Bruce was also a father to Matthew J. L. Sloan, born on May 23, 2007.

He worked with the Sloan Family Business, A & A Tire and A & A Tow Service, Inc., located in Norman for many years.  Starting in 1995, Bruce developed and owned Bruce Sloan Tire Service, a Mobile Tire Repair Service, adding Bruce Sloan Tire Sales and Service shop in Purcell, Oklahoma in 2013.

Bruce was preceded in death by his parents Gene and Donna Sloan, his Sloan Paternal and Ady Maternal Grandparents, and one (1) nephew.

Bruce is survived by his son Lucas Sloan and Matthew Sloan; former wife Deanna Sloan; his brothers Jim Sloan and Jay (Lisa) Sloan; his sister, Rhonda (Steve) Jones; his uncle, Jerry Sloan; his aunt Janice Higgs and family; many nieces and nephews, his extended Brown, Tedder, Teague, and Sloan families.  He is also survived by his Mother by another, Glenda Crowder and the extended Haynes families, as well as many friends and business associates that became friends. 

He will be missed; Rest in Peace (RIP) B. E. Sloan.
