Joeann Henson, of Norman, Oklahoma, passed away on Saturday, October 28, 2023, at the age of 85. She was born on June 19, 1938, in Salinas, CA, to parents, James Sillaway and Ada Frederick Sillaway.

Joeann grew up in California. She was retired and enjoyed all things craft related. She will be remembered by her family as a loving, caring, compassionate, giving and beautiful woman. Joeann loved her family dearly and loved all animals whether domestic of wild.

Joeann was preceded in death by her parents, James and Ada Sillaway; her husband, James O. Henson; and her siblings. She is survived by her daughters, June Lind and Judy Heath; her grandchildren, Jason Waymire, Eli Chezem, Robert (Brandy) Heath, Cindy (Dustin) Chesser; great grandchildren; and great-great grandchildren.
