I am sorry for the family's loss. The passing of someone you love can be a very hard thing to deal with. Perhaps you can find some solace in the resurrection hope mentioned in the Bible at Acts 24:15.

Jennifer just sent a text and told me about your mother, I am so sorry to hear this and I am sorry I will not be there to attend the service. I know you will really miss your mother as you do your father. I know them from your stories and the legacy they leave behind of 2 children (and grand children) who are wonderful examples of the kindness of humanity and caring for others.
