Judy Conkling

Judy Conkling, age 77, of Norman, passed away January 26, 2021.  She was born May 30, 1943, in Walco, Oklahoma, to the late Elmer and Hazel Harmon.  Judy was an excellent seamstress and a talented quilter.  She enjoyed crafting, reading, cooking, bowling and traveling.  Judy also had a love her dogs and had several beloved canine companions over the years.  She also amazed friends and family with her ability to fix anything by taking it apart and putting it back together.

She was preceded in death by her husband, James L. Conkling; her parents; and her brother, Billy Harmon.

Survivors include two daughters, Cheryl Sosa and her partner James Lell, and Cindy Cevallos and her husband Carlos; one son, Bryan Conkling and his wife LaDonna; seven grandchildren, Luisa Sosa, Tony Sosa, David Troutman, Marcus Troutman, Joel Troutman, Carissa Conkling and Joshua Fleming; and twenty great grandchildren.
