On behalf of the Apache Rotary Club, I would like to extend condolences to PDG Coulter's family. He will be missed as a vital part of our District.
Personally, I remember his support and willingness to help when I was setting up a program for a convention a few years ago. I appreciated the warmth he extended to me when we met. My prayers are with you all in the loss of such a nice gentleman. -Allison Crews, President of Apache Rotary Club

Hi Sheryl, Frank was one of those people that everyone wanted to be around. He knew how to bring a smile to your face every time you saw him. He had many achievements in his life and was an extra ordinary person. I am so glad we were able to spend the evening with you, Frank and your grandson last July. You are in our thoughts. Max

We will miss our long time friend. Sheryl, Mike, John and Kelly, he was one of the most personable men we have ever known. You will miss him as will all of those whose life he touched.

Whether Frank was leading the United Way campaign, as he did in 1983, or leading MNTC's annual campaign, he was a great leader who infused lots of fun and enthusiasm. We are grateful to have had the opportunity to work him over the years. He will be missed! God bless your family - you are in our thoughts & prayers.

Sheryl and family, so sorry to hear of your loss, may God wrap his arms around you and give you peace. I had the honor of working with Frank when the Vo-tech first started. What a great boss he was and great with the kids. He will be missed by many.
