To the family. Peace be with you and my prayers and support are with you. Rusty was in Sigma Phi Epsilon with me at Fort Hays State. He was in my pledge class. I have many fond memories of/and experiences him. I have not seen Rusty in over in 45 years. He and our fellow brothers pop into my mind ever time I return to visit my family in Kansas.
Even though his journey on earth his memory will live on with family and friends. I can still here him sing "Boomer Sooner" on OU game days.

With love and support to the extended family. He was a good man, friend, and human being. Rest in peace Rusty. I am sure there are horses where you now. I hope you are riding one now.
